Excel spreadsheet, it's important to protect the data that you're
sharing. One might want to share your data, but that doesn't mean data should be
changed another who is watching data.
Spreadsheets often contain essential data that shouldn't be modified or
removed by the recipient.
Excel has built-in features to protect your
spreadsheets.
Here is techniques –
Protect individual sheets and the workbook structure, to
prevent the insertion or deletion of sheets in the workbook.
Protect Excel Sheet
method –
Right click on worksheet .
Click on Protect Sheet.
Enter Password.
Check the actions you want to allow the users of
your worksheet to perform.
Now Click OK.
Now Click OK.
Note: - if you don't check any action,
users can only view the Excel file!
Confirm the password and click OK.
